Deadlines:

We want to maximize your participation in the conference, so to achieve this we have provided some key deadlines. Please submit all items to Elena Mohedano (elena.mohedano@rmes.es).

Internet Services:

Wireless internet service will be available in the exhibition area and conference venue.

Stand's assembly and disassembling conditions:
  • Type: Drop-down 3x2
  • We inform you that it is not possible to assembly a trade fair rigid structure.
  • The structure should not exceed 630 kg.
  • Please let us know the materials your stand is made of.
  • Exhibitor move-in would be on 9th March, 2020 (15:00-18:00).
  • Pallets are not allowed in material’s transportation.
  • Exhibitors move-out would be on 13th March, 2020 (14:00-18:00)
  • We do not provide table and chairs.
