STAND'S ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLING CONDITIONS

  • We inform you that it is not possible to assembly a trade fair rigid structure.
  • The structure should not exceed 630 kg
  • Please let us know the materials your stand is made of.
  • Exhibitor move-in would be on 8th March
  • Pallets are not allowed in material’s transportation
  • Everything must be labeled indicating the Meeting’s Name
  • Exhibitors move-out would be on 11th March after 16.30h
