Deadlines:

We want to maximize your participation in the conference, so to achieve this we have provided some key deadlines. Please submit all items to Elena Mohedano.

  • Submit logo and advertisement: February 15, 2017
  • Pay Sponsorship invoice: February 27, 2017. If sponsorship invoice has not been paid on date, your participation will be forfeited and the spot offered to other vendors. It is mandatory that all payments are made before the handbook goes to print.
  • Send promotional material: March 13, 2017
  • Register Exhibition Staff: March 6, 2017
  • Confirm any special needs: February 27, 2017
  • Pay Delegate registration invoices: February 27, 2017
Internet Services:

Wireless internet service will be available in the exhibition area and conference venue.

Stand’s assembly and disassembling conditions:
  • Type: Drop-down 3x2
  • We inform you that it is not possible to assembly a trade fair rigid structure.
  • The structure should not exceed 630 kg.
  • Please let us know the materials your stand is made of.
  • Exhibitor move-in would be on March 13, 2017 (15:00-18:00).
  • Pallets are not allowed in material’s transportation.
  • Exhibitors move-out would be on March 17, 2017 (14:00-18:00)
  • We do not provide table and chairs.
