All abstracts that have been accepted for presentation to date will remain in the programme unless the presenters notify us that they wish to withdraw. However, abstract submission will reopen on 12th March 2020 until 2nd August 2020.

At BBM there’s always room for new talented people!

We invite everybody to submit an abstract, specially the new generations. At the BBM there’s always room for new talented people.

Presenters will be given 4 minutes to present their case and 2 minutes for discussion and the best presentation will be voted for by the audience.

Abstract's format requirements:

All abstracts should be written in English (300 words) and sent in Word format with the title of the abstract as the file name, using the template enclosed.

All margins should be set at 2,5 cm. Please avoid using headers and footnotes, references should be given at the end of the paper.

The citation number of bibliographical references in text must be enclosed in square brackets [1]. Maximum 5 citations should be enclosed.

No pictures can be included within the abstract text.

  • Authors name(s): Arial, 12-point, bold, centered
  • Name of the Institution: Arial, 10-point, normal, centered
  • Topic: Arial, 10-point, bold, fully justified.
  • Abstract content (maximum of 300 words): Arial, 10-point, normal, fully justified. Please, do not place any additional blank lines between paragraphs.

Please, read carefully the abstract’s format requirements beside. All the documents that are not following these requirements will be automatically rejected from the selection process.
